Rear brake disc conversions?
I have a 93 CX with **** for drum brakes in the back. I asked my shop to get me a rear disc swap.
I asked for a 92/95 EX/Si swap. He ends up getting me a 99 Si swap. This is still gonna work right? He said it's in great condition, full conversion , $175 flat.
I'm going to look at it later today and to get an install price for it. What should install cost? He wouldn't quote me a price. He wanted me to go back and talk to the mechanic.

That should work fine, but why don't you save money on the labor, and check this website out? ----> http://www.hybridgarage.com/tech/brakeswap.html . Very good info.

That's an awesome price. Just use your lower control arms and they'll bolt on.
Just be sure the "complete" swap includes the ebrake cables.

I never got to talk to the mechanic when I saw my conversion kit. How much should install be? I don't have enough time off next week to install it, and my drums are toast.
