if your in the los angeles area i can do your swap for a reasonable price. that's if you've all the parts needed.
we've done the swap on a '93 4door lx civic and '93dx hatcback.

if you have the parts for the disc conversion then we only charge for labor. are you planning on converting the rear drum to disc? or are you planning on upgrading your front and rear to gsr/type r spec brakes? because i don't quite understand your post...
if you have the parts needed for a rear disc conversion labor would only be around $150-175. if you want to do a whole change over(front and rear) $300-325

IAS will charge around $200-$250 for rear trailing arms which includes spindles, rotors, hubs, and cables. If you want to upgrade your front disks, I suggest contacting fastbrakes. Complete front hubs from a 94-up teg are like $300.
