Default Raxels?

Anyone ever heard of or used Raxels axels? I am being fucked by my axels trying to do a JDM ITR 5 lug conversion on my car which has a D series engine. None of the splines are the same and its just not working. I'm probably going to have to order custom axels from Raxels.

Cool you're from Fairfax too. Did he call them or off the site, how did he order them?

Did you get the new parts from a Japanese market car? I'm under the impression they use beefier axles and have a larger diameter hub bearing. I hope you intend on upgrading to a B-series engine, because a 5 lug conversion seems really silly if you're not.

I have heard great things about raxles, but i have snapped a raxles stage 1 before... i was N/A with boltons, and it sheared the splines right off... Defective material... The guys at JUN and I took it apart at e-town, and were like "****... cant fix this axle".... so i went back to OEM's... I might consider raxles again though...

I actually have my swap sitting in my garage. Its not going in for a while, I have a massive build up planned.

The DSS stage 3 axels are pretty good, I helped install them in a B16A CRX. I just bought a set of stage 2 Gator axels that look very good to use in my Civic.
The Gators cost alot less than the stage 3 DSS plus they use my Civic hubs and should hold similar power. I'd give them a good look also. Contact Stan (Flamenco-T) he will take good care of you

I 'm pretty sure Gator or DSS can custom build axels to match your alternate hub spline/trans spline combination.
