Radiator fan doesn't turn OFF?!
I just finished my swap, H22a4 in 4G Lude.
Anyways, I cranked it up and everything runs fine. But when I turned it off and took the keys out, the radiator fan was still on. I let it run...and run...10 minutes passed and the fan is still on?! I've disconnected it now...but what can be causing it to not turn off? I checked all the fuses, relays, even the wiring. Anyone have any clues?

Check the Coolant Temp (thermal) Switch, it's usually located next to thermostat housing. Usually when it dies the fan doesn't turn on, but it could've just shorted out. Good luck.
I've only had this happen once in 8 yrs. It was a real hot day and I just shut the motor off. The fan just kept going !!. Started up the motor and shut if off again. This time the fan stopped. It was a one time thing for me... hopefully for you too.
Well, I connected the battery this morning and the fan doesn't turn on. Only when I start it up for a few minutes and then shut it off will it stay on.
Is it possible that there is no coolant circulating, and the motor is running hot enough that the fan is kept on to cool it off? I haven't driven it on the streets yet, so maybe the radiator needs some airflow to actually start cooling? I have a huge fan, so I'll try and simulate it tonight.

Preludes and Accords have the cooling fans set up different than civics. There is a relay that will allow the fan to continue to run after the key is out, if its still hot. Its normal. At worst, you may have a sticking relay.
Make sure all the air is beld from the cooling system. Then, if the battery doesnt get dained, dont worry about it.

I found the problem! I remember that the H23a wire harness has an extra connector, and I plugged in the wrong connector for the temp sensor on the H22a4. I simply connected the other connector and left the wrong one hanging off. Best of all, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! So everything seems fine for now...
