I dont think the inlets are different, maybe length is an issue in which you would have the trim the hose, other than that it should swap in/out easily

anyone know the actual difference in size between the two inlets and outlets? 1.5 inch, 1 inch, etc.?
or basically a way I can tell the difference between the two?

A difference between the inlets/outlets or a difference in the radiator?
I'm thinking you think the 1992-95 is the same as Dohc models.
Here is a DOHC model:

Well both, I need to pick up a 99-00 Si DOHC radiator and I want to make sure I don't get a SOHC...

Well, you wouldn't pick up an SOHC because it's half the size of the picture I posted. That's what I'm trying to say.

Dang it.. Stop editing all your posts. You're confusing the heck out of me. Let me check something. I could have sworn all DOHC radiators were dual core. One sec.

Crap... my fault, I thought the dual cores were in all the DOHC models. You're right the 1999-00 Si model had the same sized look radiator as 1992-95. I checked through hondaautomotivesparts.com. Not sure how so many members can try and sell their car here and not provide one under hood shot of their SI. Part numbers and makers are different as well.

Thanks for all your help! Even though I dont know the answer still.. but never fear! i have a great idea... I'm running to autozone to get the right hoses... then I'll match them up with the radiator.. if they fit, then its the right radiator! lol I'mma genius!

Are the 99-00 Si's single row? The guy sold me one that has larger inlets and outlets, but I thought they were dual rows...

They are dual rows. They are the exact same radiator as on the DOHC VTEC del sols.
Here's a pic of the stock single core:
Here'a a link to a big pic of a 99/00 si dual core I just installed.

Can you give me the Denso part number? Off the top of my head, I believe the one I got said 122000-9290 or something, I'm sure I remembered it pretty accurately, so that should be it...
I called a Honda dealer for the part# and they gave me something totally different. A5T8G9W and some crap.. lol

The middle part of the radiator is about the thickness of the space bar on your keyboard right? maybe slightly thicker...
