Default Radiator
I am going to swap a b18c1 on my EH hatcback... The radiator on my current d15b7 is broken so it has to be replaced. When I buy one, do I need one made for integras or do I buy the ones for civics?

The integra one would be best because it would make the coolant lines hookup better, and will provide better cooling (though a civic radiator will provide sufficient cooling for a fairly stock DOHC.

If you don't have AC, yes. If you have AC it might not fit.
