Default Race fuel -> premium fuel engine...ok?

If an engine has been running on race fuel for a long time and you suddently put in pump premium fuel, can it be bad for the engine?

depends, what kind of engine management. Stock Honda ECU will compensate for the change. Stand Alone will need retuning if the car was tuned on race gas.

You'll be fine. Unless noted above. May wanted to retuned just in case.

Alot of people will run a tad more on timing therefore, increase more power.

But if the timing is not set for premium, you'll be asking for it.
