You should be able to use your existing rails and they should just swap right in. However, there's nothing particularly special or appealing about the Si seats that would warrant the purchase, in my opinion.

99-00 SI seats aren't worth buying when you have the option of going wtih Del Sol seats......they are more comfortable, sit lower, and have more support. Plus you can just swap rails with them with takes MAYBE 30 minutes if you have any skill with a ratchet.

I'd personally take Integra seats over Del Sol. Both are very comfortable to me, but I like the way the Integra seats look more.

If you're referring to 99-00 Si seats then yes, you can just re-use your existing rails to bolt them into the car. Why you would want to I don't know coz I hated my stock Si seats - they're uncomfortable, sit too high and are pretty much flat slabs of foam. You'd be much better served with Del Sol or Integra seats.
