distinguishing SI seats from non-SI seats...
I found someone selling "SI" seats, but I'm not sure if they are SI seats.
I thought SI seats were more bucketed than that. I could be wrong.
I just want to know what I am looking at...
Can someone tell from the picture if they are or not?
Thanks!

They could be SI seats..... but if it is then its for 92-95.
Dont buy a seat just for the name. Thats beyond stupid.

Jeez, thanks... very helpful... lol
It's said to be from 93 Civic SI.
that's why i want to find out...
EF civic SI seats and non-SI seats just look way different.
One can't be mistaken for the other.
But I just don't know that much about EG civics.
That's why I'm askin.

im pretty sure Si and EX seats had those pinstripes on them with better (thicker) material. their shape is exactly the same tho. i'm putting in EK seats in my EG. I'll sell you my CX seats (gray cloth with a tear on the driver's bolster) for $50

IMO, all EG seats from coupes, hatches, & sedans are similar. The only difference is the sedan seats, they don't hug you in as great as the coupes & hatches' seats.

I believe they are Si seats, because of the headrest design. Although, I don't think Si seats are really worth it. They're pretty much the same as the other EGs. I know for the EK, they're actually identical and offer no more support. If you want 'sport' seats, get DelSol, GSR or ITR seats.

Those are probably Si seats. I know they're not EX seats, and they look nicer than DX seats.
Here's pics of the '94 EX Coupe seats:
The only difference between the Si and EX seats is the design on the fabric.

Yup. If you want something for the name and still get really comfortable seats that will hold you better get some JDM ITR Recaros. Or don't be stupid at all and just buy some Del Sol seats.
