Quick question
Being broke and in dyre need of a strut tower bar. I ordered a replica mugen strut bar off ebay, however. It didn't come with these bolts.
And my car doesn't have them. 97 Civic ex, What size bolts are these, and do they HAVE to be there?
Edit: Pic stolen from the appearance forum, sorry if you're offended, or pissed off, i'll take it down if you want, pm if you have a problem.

8mm and an inch long should do the trick. Or get OEM ones that pound in

Cool, thanks alot guys I'll prolly run to the hardware store in the morning. Do I need a punch, or will a regular old bit do?

you'll wanna punch a starting dimple at the very least and then progressivly larger drill bits
some of these mugen ones have pivot points for 2 holes and then solid on the ends

now on page two someone says it mounts in 8 places, so i assume that means the two on top of the strut, and then the two that are punched into the wheelwell. if thats the case, thats gonna make this thing really solid and im actually going to use it. i know i should just go look for myself, but ive been lazy, and a little uncaring cause ive been kind of not wanting to put cheap stuff on this car. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Aye, thats the one I got. Its got a pivot point and is adjustable. It's kinda nice, heavy, and seems pretty strong.
