#2 in the first photo.

Does anyone know, for the 96-00 Civic is this duct (behind the gauge cluster) removable without removing the entire dashboard? With my s2000 cluster & bezel, it won't fit with this duct. I'd rather remove it than cut it up, that way I could always re-install it if I sold the car.
