Default quick question

i got my em1 not too long ago so i havent really got to test it out at the track like my other cars. I was just curious to if anyone knows if it would be better to shift at exactly 8k or 8200? maybe a nub question but im not really into b16's/.

Experiment at the track, oh wait you said you can't Hmm... 8200..

Id say right around that area would be good, between 8000 and 8200.
