quick gsr swap wiring question
ive done a gsr swap in my ek using an ex wiring harness. but it looks messy inside my engine bay because of extending wires and stuff.
i tried a search but couldnt find my answer.
can you use an OBD-2 gsr engine harness for this swap? does it plug in? i asked a guy that works at this shop and he said that it'll work and that its all plug and play.

obd 2 gsr plugs terminate at the strut towers much like the eg. the only ones that go into the car are 96 and up ek. if you take the time to solder, tape, and tube, it will look clean, trust me it is worth that then to spent 350 on a harness. the last one i looked at i thought was a 96 so i am not 100%, but i am pretty sure the integra's stop at the strut tower, thsn there are connectlrs that go in there.

96+ civic wire harness is a 1 piece
all 94+ integra wire harness is a 2 piece
just use your ex harness, it fits perfect and you'll have to extend a few wires (try to do it cleanly and wrap it nicely)

yea...i used my ex harness...
like you said..extended some wires and such...
everything is fine...just have to replace my broken tps and my o2 sensor...
i guess what i heard was wrong..that you can use the gsr harness...
so u can only use the gsr harness for eg's and not ek's right?
