Question: Oil Pan bolt.

Question: Oil Pan bolt.
I dropped my oil pan earlier today on my 99 ex in hopes to fix the threads I snapped when changing from tapped to non. As some of you know, the threads (into the block and that secure the oil pan) are double-sided, so I figure get some vice-grips and unscrew the snapped thread and replace. Well, did that with a couple and got to one that didnt work with the vice grips. So I tried that whole tighten a nut on there and loosen the nut (it should loosen the thread) and now the nut wont come off. The nut will spin either way (tight or loosen), but won't actually "move" on the thread... it just spins, any ideas?
