Question on LCA'S (lower control arm)
im planning to get some lca's for my em1 (blue). im planning to get the purple blox lcas. but, i wanna know what the middle bar is called that connects the lcas. i think ive seen beaks, asr, benen etc. is it a tie bar or sway bar? also if im planning to buy the blox lca do i need a certain brand for the middle bar so that it will fit perfectly w/o me having to get extra parts like endlinks? if any1 knows how to install or has any pics of this setup please let me know, thanks

Re: Question on LCA'S (lower control arm)
The bar you speak of I believe is called a rear sub-frame brace. Usually I've read of people only getting this if they install a sway bar to prevent tear out. I put Blox LCA's on my car about 2 months ago and didn't install a brace. I believe you can get away without using one as long as you stay with a smaller type of sway bar as well (Stock Si (11mm?)).

Yes that is a rear subframe brace, if this what you're talking about.
not necessary if you plan on keeping the stock Si rear swaybar but if you plan on upgrading that is a good option unless you make metal plates to support the subframe against tearout.

Re: Question on LCA'S (lower control arm)
it's basically just a flashier version of a regular tie bar. It's very easy to install, expecially if you already have the LCA's out. The inside bolts for the LCA's are what holds it on.
