question-jdm power folding side view mirrors-
Im getting what seems to be JDM OEM power folding side mirrors for my EK from a local guy. They come with a switch and relay which look oem. do the mirrors or switch have any honda ID markers on them to indicate they are real? Dont most honda mirrors have "honda" stamped on under side of the mirror? just dont wanna get scammed

they should have a stamp HONDA sign. the best way to find out they are real it to tell him to hook them up and fold them in front of you. thats what i would do to make sure they are powerfolding.

a honda sign located where? under side of the side mirror? well the mirrors are hooked up to his or my car. he just has them in a box. he said he got them in a trade a while back. Guy seems legit, but really didnt see any honda sign on them. Do the JDM mirrors come stamped honda or any other marking? also the switch has the buttom u push so the mirrors fold over on the upper left, the switch is light gray like most oem switches, most oem style ones are black( but who knows could be "oem style") just wanna make sure

The bottom of a real Honda mirror will have "HONDA" stamped on the underside of it. If you don't see this stamping, then it is not genuine.

Also, Honda made 2 different power folding mirror switches. One has a button with the sign "RETRACT" on it. The 2nd version has a button with a drawing of a mirror depicted on the button itself.

a few times ... well if you wanna check the mirrors if theyre powering folding you can always manually fold them and you should hear this clicking noise. itll probably expletive it up but i dont mind doing that.
