question about turn signal bulb on 97 cx
i'm lookin at my headlamp on my civic cuz i gotta replace my turn signal bulb on my passenger side. it looks like i have to take my bumper off to do so? is that right? cuz damn i'm lazy

You can, or you can take off the plastic fenderwell on the side the bulb is blown on.
I'd take the bumper off. Rivets on the top, two bolts on the bottom and fenders. If you take off the fenderwell (much less labor, I'll admit) the rivets have a tendancy to break and it's not as easy with the wheel on; and it's hard to reach the bulb (with my monkey arms anyway). I've taken the bumper off so many times, It's like a 2 minute job, don't even have to get my hands dirty, so that's my preference.
