Question about removing door trim/panels on 6 gen civic
On my '00 Civic Sedan...
Does anybody know of an online guide or pictures of how to remove the door trim?
Specifically, I can't figure out how to remove the cover on the door handle that hides the screws anchoring the pull handle (the one w/ the power window switches) to the door. I'm sure I could remove it, but something would break if I forced it off.
I tried using a thin screwdriver to open up the clips on the underside of it, but it still didn't want to come off.
Thanks for your help.

not sure about your situation (dont have power door locks) but on mine theres one screw inside the handle that you have to pull the handle to where you would be opening the door to get a screwdriver in there to unscrew it....dont even know if this is the same handle your talking about, but anyways....bump!

Actually, I mean the cover that surrounds this door handle. That's the thing I can't get off. Any ideas anybody?

I took mine off no problem. There are screws on the underside and clips. Just get a flathead to pry it apart but be carefull
