Question about mods for a 2001 Civic LX
What all could be done short of swapping the engine and would moding the factory engine be worth doing versus just swapping it. Just wondering what can be done or if swapping is the best way to go...can someone suggest an engine?

ok locate search button
search for following
mini me (adding a vtec head to you block probably y8 head)
turbo or cold air intake
header, hiflow cat, cat back exhaust
pistons,rings,rods,boring and sleeving
head job (port polish and larger valves)
mil the head
tranny swap
axles
sway bars
traction bars
strut tower braces
it depends on what you want and how much you are willing to pay to do it

a lawnmower engine always works best with your car. Try the sticky above that says "what swaps can i do to my car"
