Question about installing rear suspension (need pics)
Since last week when I tried installing my rear springs/shocks, I broke the bolt that attaches the shock to the control arm, and the other one came out fine. Now what I'm wondering is do I need to loosen the LCA bolt as well? ya know, of those two bolts down there, one holds the shock to the LCA, and the other is...well, I have no clue. Any suggestions?

Re: Question about installing rear suspension (fnananon)
What worked best for me was to disconnect the LCA from the EDIT: trailing arm. Not the frame though.
Then when you go to put that SOB back together, put the floor jack under it and lift the whole suspension till those holes line up, put the bolt in and hammer that sucker till it goes all the way in.
As far as removing the broken bolt.......$70 at your local automotive shop

Re: Question about installing rear suspension (Spade)
luckily for me, the bolt broke early in the loosening, so we were able to get it out from the other side. so the bolt is out, just in two pieces. I had to go buy a new bolt, 9 bucks! Blah, that's retarded I say on for those prices, but oh well. the other bolt on the rear driver's side came out just fine though.
