QUESTION ABOUT EG Civic Window installation

Re: QUESTION ABOUT EG Civic Window installation (AnclyT)
Not that hard actually, just put power windows in my hatch. Remove the door panelif you don't know how to do this)Remove the screw from the armrest pocket, remove small cover on screw in the door handle cup, remove screw. Pull the cup out and turn vertical, to slide it off the handle. If you have manual windows you will have to remove the hand crank: Take a rag and slide it up behind the crank to remove the clip(don't lose the clip, sometimes it will fly away) Pull crank off. Work your way around the door panel starting at the top rear, pulling the door panel away from the door. Be careful sometimes the clips will break. Lift the back of the door panel up and slide it back at the same time. Pull back the plastic weather gaurd from the door. Power or manual windows: roll the window down until you can see the 2 bolts that hold the window to the regulator. Remove the bolts. Pull the window up at an angle to remove it from the door. Installation is in reverse.

Re: QUESTION ABOUT EG Civic Window installation (teknics1)
Is it really that easy? Can I use the regulator from a manual window in a power window car door?
My driver side reg is toast, and I have 2 manual doors. Going to be replacing the passengerside and going to be doing a manual-power conversion once its on.
