Default Question about B series T-brackets for a B18 swap into an EK!!

Sup all
B20 block/B18 head
GSR tranny
2000 Civic DX
96 DC4 5sp rear bracket.

We got the rear and driver side mounts in but when it came to the tranny, it feels as if the motor is being pushed too far forward and the tranny side is off by 1.5". Theres no way I can push the motor back and the header will not clear.

Is there different T brackets for different cars? I was under the assumption that all B series T brackets were the same.

Is there anyway the DC/EG rear mount could be drilled? It looks like we could move it back and drill it an inch since there is room.

Stuff you'll need.

-Rear "T" bracket from 99-00 Si
-Driver side timing block mount from 99-00 Si
-ECU for motor
-B Series Axles w/ ABS rings (if you have ABS)
-For A/C -----> Delsol Vtec P30 bracket or 97-2001 CR-V P54 bracket. (If you have D-series compressor, but the B20 bracket fits D-series.)

This is my thread when I swapped my B18 after blowing my D. =/

I'm amazed nobody has just started making aftermarket T brackets.

Thanks!!

Already got the block mount from the Si, I had no idea I needed that or the 99-00 Si T bracket. I knew we needed a B series bracket, but didnt know about the Si!! FCK!!

Sweeet!! I still got the CRV bracket left over from the B20. So I could use the D series compressor on the B20 bracket?

The D-Series compressor should bolt in completely(4 bolts) onto the B20 bracket.
