question!!
yeah! i read a mag a few month ago, it said put a test pipe(which i have no idea what is that!) instead of a cat. converter. but, i went to various car shops, they all donno what the heck the test pipe is..... so, anyone please tell me what that is, thx!

oh yeah, a test pipe is illegal, loud, smelly, and overall a big risk to gain a couple hp. gain hp other ways man!

Yea she will stink quite a bit.
While on the Cat. issue, are High-Flow Cats legal? I live in VA for any of those who are familiar with our local laws? What is the best brand high-flow cat?

High flow cats are legal for 95 and older vehicles. In 96 (obdII) they started scrubbing NoX with the cats as well. The High flows don't scrub for NoX.
