Q abt noise on front right side of car when mking hrd left u-turn/cornering hard left
Hi everybody,
I've been meaning to get my car looked at by my local shop, but just wanted to inquire first about the problem.
So when i make a gentle left hand u-turn by balancing the throttle, i get no squealing sound from my front right side of my 93 civic h/b Si, but when i make a hard left hand u-turn, by accelerating more aggressively with a tad bit of stress on the tires, i get a notable squealing sound from my front right side. (sound test was done with windows down in a nice quiet environment)
Same thing occurs when pushing hard through a tight left 2cnd gear corner. (for sure squealing sound is distinct in comparison to tires loosing a bit of traction)
My thoughts: 1) I doubt its my brakes, just had those done recently; 2) after visual inspection of boots, all seems well. 3) no excessive play in front right or left wheel when shook left to right up and down. 4) only thing i can think of are my front wheel bearings need to be re-packed with grease/replaced, and the sound that is being emitted is the preliminary sound to bearings about to go full. 5) I am not a certified mechanic so there is a great chance that I am wrong.
Advice and thoughts would be much appreciated, as to what the plausible cause could be for the squeal coming from my front right side of my 93 civic h/B, when making a hard left u-turn, or taking a tight left 2cnd gear corner.

check around the rotors for anything rubbing on them. I have the same problem I'm just too darn lazy to do anything quite yet.

struts could be going out making the wheel not have good contact with the ground. or ur alignments off causing major wheel discomfort when making hard turns.

alignment seems fine, drives nice and straight, steering wheel is parallel.
hmm struts eh...shoooot. appreciate your opinion.
more thoughts gladly welcomed.

ooohh lol that's hopefully my alignment then :D sorry you haven't figured out your problem though. maybe set on stands and jack up on it from underneath the tire to simulate a load??
