Default Q about rims

So my brother and I swapped his 15" rims for my steelies and every time i make a turn or hit a bump it makes this nasty rubbing sound obviously the tires hitting is there any way to eliminate that or should i just trade them for smaller rims? Im sporting a 92 civic hatch

It's probably too big of a tire. What is the tire size? Rim offset too if possible.

^ Hmm. Possibly to wide of a tire? I would go with 195/55/R15? bump for possible suggestions.

are you getting this noise from the front or rear?

im not sure what its called but the plastic cover thats above your tire behind the fender, you might want to check that its not loose or hanging that it rubs everytime you turn your wheels
