Pulleys / Belts not spinning
Car died on me after pos. battery terminal popped off during a monsoon and alternator dying. Changed out the alternator and now the car starts with new battery also, but no belts are spinning. Belts are attached correctly and seem to be tensioned correctly. What could cause them not to spin when the engine starts up?
