you should definatly check your timing after pulling the crank pulley, both igniton and cam

Yes, definitely check that the crank and cam are both set to TDC before you tighten anything up.

Assuming you're just removing the old pulley and replacing it with the UR piece, neither the cam nor the static ignition timing will change. Therefore, if it was fine before the installation, there's no need to check or adjust the timing once the UR piece is installed.

As for the AEM pulleys, I personally wouldn't suggest running them with the UR crank pulley since both are intended to under-drive the accessories, so you might just want to consider selling or returning them and putting the money towards another modification.

I don't suggest it because unless you're running one of UR's stock diameter pulleys, you will essentially be "double under-driving" your accessories by running the UR pulley in combination with the AEM pulleys. The AEM pulleys aren't terribly effective anyway, nor are they extremely easy to install, so that's why I recommended that you either return or sell them and put the money towards something else.

It sounds as if the store was trying to get you to spend as much money as possible. As I said, I wouldn't recommend running both because of the large degree of under-driving that will result.
