prothane inserts- which mounts are they for??

prothane inserts- which mounts are they for??
hello all, the front lower drivers side mount on my 93 ex(the one thats right below the power steering and attatches to the front of the block) is all ripped and broken. now that im boosted, i need to get that **** fixed. i was looking into the prothane inserts, but im not sure if they are for that lower mount? anyone have info on this for me??

The inserts aren't necessarily made to fix a broken mount, they are supposed to fill up the space around the stock floating mount. You replace the mount with a stock one and then put in inserts or find a solid polyurethane aftermarket replacement.

true. im gonna say that all inserts are like this then. i wonder if i should just use window weld
