are they a pretty good company or not because im about to order a spolier. im probalby posting in the wrong section did know where else to go. any info would help thanx jp

i've bought a couple things from them in the past off of ebay, and had no problems with them. they don't have the greatest track record in customer service, but the prices are cheap.
