Set the multimeter to read DC volts. Turn key to ON(II) (engine off). With the throttle closed, back probe the Red/Blk (+) and Grn/Blk(-) wires and measure the voltage. It should read about 0.5V. If it does not, loosen TPS screws and rotate the TPS until the voltage reads 0.5V. Tighten screws, reset ECU, and you should be good to go.
