Hard to get into the gears as in grinding while going into a gear or as in you can't place the shifter in ANY gear?

Have you checked the condition of your shifter bushings? It's sometimes the simple stuff that causes the most headaches.

check fluid level.

also physically get under the car and look at the bushings, dont just say they are new. one could have come out.

It is probably your clutch taking a ****. If all the other stuff the others said is cool. This may be the problem solver.

DUDE stop bumping your thread every 10 minuets. if someone can help they will find it. if the fluid, linkage and bushings are good its the clutch.
if it only happened in 1 gear it would be the trans, if its all of them odds are its the clutch.

Have you bled the clutch mc?? Maybe there is just not enough fluid to compress the pressure plate.

If its not that its probably your pressure plate.
