Problems after JDM swap

Problems after JDM swap
Okay so I recently threw in a JDM Z6 into my 93 Sol. Everything's been going great until recently. My car seems to have some issues when under a load. Accelerations under 2500 rpms feels like the car is bogging or misfiring. After it passes, it runs pretty smooth. I noticed oil leaking underneath the dizzy so I replaced gaskets, O-rings and replaced the cap and rotor because I saw oil resin that had seeped into the cap. After installing I ran it for a few miles only to see the leak still occurs.
A few options come to play
Is it possible I need to re-torque my cylinder head bolts?
Fuel pump going out? I replaced Fuel pressure regulator
MAP sensor? I cleaned out the entire throttle body
Check fuel injectors? I wiped off some black crap but maybe I should try gumout. Any other suggestion would be great!

Try cleaning out your IACV.
Did you install the gaskets, and o ring correctly? Did you apply any type of sealant to them? If not, that's your problem

If it's still bad, either he used the wrong size O-Ring, or the shaft/bearing is going bad and he needs a new housing.
OP, the things you mentioned:

The others are possibles, but I'd troubleshoot ignition first. Start with the easy/free stuff
When is the last time you've changed your spark plugs and wires?
You said you changed out the cap and rotor already. That only leaves the ICM/Ignition Coil, plugs and wires.
You can buy a spark tester and test the spark to make sure it is good.
How do your plugs look?

Question would be, why would you need to re-torque them. If you touched it, meaning replaced the headgasket, than the head should've been checked for warpage.

Check mechanical timing with a timing light.
He already changed the O-Ring.
