Default Problems with 22mm sway bar (Beak's Kit) on my 00 Si, endlink related

Installed the kit yesterday, and it felt great, but today as I was driving around both endlinks came off from the sway bar, at first I thought I just didn't tighten it enough, so I bought new washers and hex nuts, made sure that they were all tight then drove around for a couple of hours, came back home, and checked, both endlinks came off from the sway bar side again. Does anybody know of a way to resolve this problem? Does anybody make aftermarket endlinks with a longer threaded area?

hmm. I just installed mine yesterday too. The bolts that hold the endlinks to the LCA were on back order from honda, so I just went to Home Depot and got some for the time being. Are you using a lock washer? Try going to Home Depot and getting a longer bolt, and then put a nut on the back of it.

same thing happened to me when i first got my beaks bar, but i contacted Wil and he sent me a couple extra bolts for free just make sure the washer you replace it with is a little larger than the bearing in the sway bar and then tighten the washer down with a torque wrench. i haven't had any problems since

I put thread lock on the last set of hex nuts, so hopefully they will hold. Thanks for all the help guys!
