Default problem with vtec!!
ok when am driving and vtec kick in the car holds back!!why is that??

not sure for certain but first thing i'd check is oil level/condition.

then fuel/air delivery?

maybe blocked cat?

when i disconnect the vtec it run good and the car is stock but i got a chip ecu

bad tune, you're leaning out when you change from low to high cam. Same thing happened to me.
