Is this Pressure Plate Still good?? HELP!!!
Well I bought a motor from my friend and it had an ACT HD PP (Pressure Plate) and 4 puck clutch.
I took off the clutch and PP and was inspecting everything. Im planning on replacing the 4 Puck with a full disc but i was looking at the PP and noticed that there are grooves from where the clutch grabbed the PP. The grooves arent deep.
My Question is, is the PP still any good? If not, can a shop resurface the PP. The groove isnt deep at all.
The motor has been sitting up so the middle is all rust and oxidation.
The arrows indicate where the clutch has been grabbing.
