you have to take the block to the machine shop and have them machine the cylinders 20 over.when you take the block, also take the pistons so they can double check everything.if you have the money have them balance and blueprint the entire bottom end.it is worth it.make sure it is a reputable shop.good luck

i just depends on the shop, and their skill and reputation. i go to this shop in cleveland that does mostly deisel service, but my buddy works there so i have had them bore a block for me. also you want them to use a torque plate when they bore it over. what this does is similate the cylinder head being bolted down and gives you the true bore shape. but i would expect for you to pay about $100-$150. i did mine on a sunnen ck-10 which is the sweetness. it acually hones the cylinder to the bore size you need rather than boring it out. you can gat a lot better finish and tolerences at .0001.

When you say 100-150 I assume you mean bring the block in separate of the car, right?
