Power Surges - No Power In D4 - ALL Lights On Blinking ? - PUZZLED !!!
Ok, Last Night, I Hit An Offramp To Another Road, And Came To A Stoplight. When I Stopped, My Speedometer Jumped All Over The Place, And My Headlights, Dashlights, And Pretty Much Anything That Was ON At The Time, Except My CD Player Would Blink At A Regular Interval. The Stop Light Turns Green And I Literally Had To Drive From That Point On Like This : D2 To D3 To D4 ... I CANNOT Start Off In D4 Like I Should.
Im Puzzled At This, Anyone Have Any Insight ?
Since Then, Ive Swapped Out The Dizzy, And Checked My Grounds From The Chassy To The Block, Tranny , Etc ...

If changing the fuse doesn't help, have your alternator checked. Sounds like it might be over-charging.

If the fuse blows again check out this TSB, 2000 models aren't supposed to be affected, but its highly possible. --> http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/tsb/civic/x99-029e.pdf

^ Might wanna grab some connectors too. This could have been your cause and the wire grounded out or shorted out due to wear and blew the fuse. even if you had the tubing, with such minimal protection and high cause to fail, this could happen on an '00 anyways, which has been said.
