Default Accessory lights, interior lights, and taillights not working.

So just letting everybody know I am going into the most detail possible.

I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX 4 Door with the 2.3L Vtec. Now I'm adding some clearance lights on top of the car and the best place to get power for those is from the running light/signal light on the headlight. There were 3 wires going to the light. One ground, one for power, and one for the turn signal. I got my power from the one that just sends it normal power. Me being stupid, I forgot to turn the light off. I then was running the wire into the car when it accidentally hit metal and shorted out. Now I no longer have my dash lights, taillights, or Amber running lights. I checked all of the fuses inside and in the engine bay with a light tester and they are all good. My signals and emergency lights work just fine as well as the normal headlights. What is wrong? I need to have these lights working again!

***EDIT***
Also on top of everything, when you keep the headlights on and have the key out and door open, the car no longer dings to let me know my lights are on.
