Default post swap charging issue for b18c1

hello all...
I have some sort of weird chaging issue. My headlights and interior lights run dim until about 4000 rpm in which they then will illuminate to full power. I have replaced alternator and the battery is charging fine. I think it might be wiring, ECU, or connection problems? Also, my defrost button turns on the front vent fan and my front vent fan button turns on defrost fan if this is part of issue. Im not sure. Lights will dim agian at lower rpms. Things worked fine pre swap. I have a 96 ek civic hatch. Any ideas? Thank you graciously.

I had that same headlight problem after my swap. There is a pin you can take out on your ECU, don't exactly remember which one buts it's the ALT-C one if you can get the pinouts. Unpin that and you're good.
