Default possible trans leak?

Okay so im getting my neighbors 95 coupe running which has a d16 in it. The car originally was leaking oil and what appears to be dirty automatic tranny fluid. I changed the o ring on the dizzy and solved the oil problem. Now the next problem is the car appears to be pissing tranny fluid only when running which leads me to belive theres pressure pushing it out and its leaking somewhere behind the starter. Before a i pull it apart any ideas on whats back there that would leak only when theres pressure in the system?

could be a bad lockout solenoid, selector sensor, torque converter clutch circuit malfunction or a tranny gasket.
