Default Is it possible....
A friend of mine just bought a 96' Civic automatic, and he was wondering if it would be possible to do any work to the engine. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Well, you can pretty much do work to any motor. What trim is the car, and what does he want to do with it need to be answered.

My hatch is auto. I say do your Ext+Suspension mods if he's going to keep the stock motor. If not just save up for B series.

It's a 96 civic lx, and he probabily will stick with the stock motor. Because he is still in high school.
