toe off or a bent LCA.

Usuaslly a bent LCA, which doesn't always show up on a alignment.

have the caster checked. It often has an impact on the amount of return-to-center

yes the caster was like about 0,20 minute on both sides.. (honda says 1.10 +- 1 degree) 60 minute = 1 degree

i have no selfcenter from like 1/2 turn.. and if i turn more and hit the gas.. it will keep the steering wheel there, instead like normal start turning fast towards center.

If your steering wheel has been removed, then perhaps it was re-intalled "off center"

check the cable reel that is under your stering wheel, if its broken it might be stopping the wheel from returning.
