plz look (a tire pic)
ok, i brought a set of si wheels/tires for $300.
Only one had a major wear. Do u think it is still ok to drive with it daily?
Right now, am in a tight budget, so getting new tires have to wait a little while

i drove with worse tires than that thinking i was fine, tires never gripped for **** and hit a curb 
, i will always hate v4's with a passion...get new tires and be safe

luckily I was running 205/40 series with a real stiff side wall & I didn't damage my rim

thats pretty bad, but i drove 450 miles showing metal, plus the guy you bought them from might have had a bad camber or toe problem, its your call man

got v rated Toyo Proxes 4 (which I have and love) for like around 300 bucks.
I REALLY reccomend new tires, or replace that one. But your suppose to replace them in pairs, so get 2. Please get safe tires, that is the most important and most engineered part on your whole car.

my buddy gave me si's with 1 crap tire that looked exactly like that less then a week later it blew and it was driven daily so i would invest cause your gonna have to anyway

when u have a spot on a tire thats worn way more than the area around it, the ply's are usually seperating. the inner piece will soon come popping out and then itll blow real fast. replace that one

My tires on my subby were actually worse than that
I drove the whole winter in the snow with them and lasted but I wouldnt recommend it
I was scared shitless to even go over 50mphs with thosse tires

Seriously though, a tire is like 40 bucks, and replace both and put the new ones on the front for better traction...so 80 bucks isn't bad at all...
using bad tires, crashing, or bending rim.

$80 for two new tires < tire blowing out + curbage w/bent suspension parts + tow truck + new tire + rim.
