Just got a set of JDM headlights with city light sockets and am a little confused as far as the 2 plug and play options I found

This one "seems" to connect to the city light socket but would still require me to splice into my existing wiring

Harness has three plugs, which im not sure how it would hook up alla plug and play. One to the city light socket, one to the corner lamp but where would the third plug go?

Its seems like the robear is a true plug and play but Im just confused as to where the third plug would go

The harness from Robear Racing is more intended for side markers. You could use it for the city light but when you hit the turn signal your city light will blink with the turn signals.

The password jdm harness is going to be what you need to use for the city lights. The wiring splicing will be easy.

How do the city lights actually work on our japanese counterparts, with the ebrake, with turn signals, only as parking lights etc?

so if im right both kits will require you to splice into the corner lap harness either way correct?

No with the robear kit shouldnt have to cut into anything but would make the city lights work like turning signals.

all you got to do is splice into the turn signals.. turn signals have 3 wires.. red black green.. just run your two wires from city light to the red and black.. thats how mine is..

Dude, why the **** are you spending $30 on wires?


Buy some female spade connectors, connect them to the light bulbs on the city lights, splice into the green and black cable on your corner lights, and call it a day!!

Now your city lights will come on whenever you turn on your parking lights.

green and black..?? thatll only make em blink.. wont even work as parking lights..
