Please post your dipstick lengths for D- and B-series engines
hi guys. i want to make sure that i have the right dipstick for my "jdm" vtec D16A (middle dipstick)
i would appriciate if somone could check their vtec d16a stick,
so tought while i'm at it,i might make a list of the dipstick lenghts that i know/have,
i checked with 3 friends that all have zc/z6 engines and they confirm these lenghts:
A:flush from the end of the rubber stem to the tip
B: " from the end of the rubber stem to the low hole
C: " from the end of the rubber stem to the full hole.
Z6/ZC/z9
A:29.4cm
B:28.5
C:26.7
zc non vtec pulled from my wagon: (confirmed on 2 cars)
A:28.9
B:27.9
C:26
B16: (i have a new oem stick that i checked,)
A:27.8
B:27.2
C:25.8
