please i need help on va nspection on exsuast
okie today i went to virgina to do inspection and i pass everything eles like emissions and all the other basic saftly test except one thing that prevent me from getting a saftely inspection sticker was low back exsuast pressure and i ask the guy what cuase this low back exsuast pressure and he told me it was beacuase of a leak in the exsaust. but i want to know can something eles cause it to be like this? i know i have 2 leakes around the cataylic converter. can this cause it to? or is it becuase of something eles? please help me guys i need to to pass this stupid saftey inspection in order to get my civic on the road. thankz for listening.

I live in va, i would just go somewhere else honestly. When i got mine inspected they pulled it in, and never turned it on while they inspected it. I didnt have to do any emissions or anything.

I too live in VA. I would just go somewhere else. i know people who have exhaust leaks and still passed inspection, so its just the inspector being ****.

I live in VA as well and the shops can be finiky. Some might go to the inth degree to inspect every single thing, while others do the basics and slap a sticker on. I would get the leaks fixed to help you out in the long run, but going somewhere else is always a possibility. Just remember, taking shortcuts and shortchanging yourself won't help you in the future. Doing it right the first time usually saves you time and money
