Need emission help in MD....

I got a turbo car with some open elements and I need an emissions pass in MD, can anyone help me out?

Man I got the same problem. I tried pulling the, my cars too low to pull over the roller crap, but it didnt work. I've been getting extensions for like 5 years now.

Why are they cracking down on the too low buisness? I've gotten away with it the past 2 times, and it depends on what county and which station. The guys in annapolis are import guys to begin with and are very chill.
