Default PLEASE HELP! Can't get rear turn signals to work

So I replaced my dash in my 99 civic, upon reinstalling it i noticed now that my rear turn signals do not work. The fronts work fine and i have checked the fuse, and tried new bulbs in the rear... my assumption is that something was not plugged back in to deliver the signal to the rear signals... but i have no idea where this plug may be or what it looks like.. could i get any help please?

Check for battery voltage at the rear bulb sockets. If you have voltage, check the rear black ground wire.

also check the wiring behind the kick panel on the driver side. take the panel off, and just double check if it's clipped on. you can also unclip it and reclip them on. gl
