PCV Valve have a stuttering effect on idle????

PCV Valve have a stuttering effect on idle????
I started my car today (D15B7) and for the first 5 minutes of idle it was like "aaaaaaaaaaaa----bup---aaaaaaaaa---bup". They best way to describe it I guess 
. I check under the hood and the PCV valve's hosing is limp and collapsed and that was all I could see that was wrong. I have no other problems with the car. It only does it when cold.
