It puts pressure against the BMS which can cause the firewall to flex under extreme braking.
And I would personally choose either the Benen Tripod or the Carbing Brace.

for the price its cheaper
it must be worth it?</TD></TR></TABLE>
The Benen Tripod is a great piece. It just secures to a different place (higher on the shock tower). It's also not as expensive because Benen isn't a bunch of money-grubbing sleeze-mongers like PW:JDM.

The Password piece looks pretty impressive but for that much money I can think of a lot of other things you could do to make your car faster in the corners.
I'll stick with my Neuspeed. There's probably a difference in support between it and some of those bars, but not enough that you'd ever notice. Not enough to warrant another $200 in price almost.

personally i love benen products !!!! hit me up for info/price and availability !! The benen piece is a very stout and study piece. In addition, highly unique compared to other designs. Not to mention their awesome history of creating " collectible" parts, When it came down to the availability of Benen parts, in terms of collectibility, came next to spoon. mugen, authentic carbing etcc. It was almost like a USDM " JDM" type of product line.

Does it really matter how obscure a part is when deciding to purchase one over another? Function should be the only consideration. These are auto parts not pokemon cards.

whats it to you what it matters to the next guy?
you might only care about function, but someone else cares about having something unique.
thats like saying...why do you need a nice pair of nike sneakers? just duct taping a piece of cardboard to the sole of your foot will get the job done.
all im saying is let people live with whatever makes them happy.

umm what about save up... for a real suspension improvement, if you haven't done so already?
Springs, Dampers (shocks), Swaybars + ASR brace, New bushings, traction bar...
TIRES!!! you know the things that actually touches the ground, and gives you traction... a new set of better tires will really improve your handling...
those things affect handling more than a silly little strut tower brace...
